The hardworking crew from Daniel's Basement Water Proofing just finished a week of hard, hard, work at our home. The team was dependable, on time, always smiling, while carrying heavy loads up and down the stairs. One day, they worked from 8:00 to 5:30! Special kudos to the gentleman who did all the jack hammering. What a tough job!
They put runners down for the entire path from the basement to the garage, but I was nervous about how much dust we would have after the job was done, but basically just the path from the basement to the garage. Once all was done, the garage and basement are cleaned up and we just had to vacuum, dust and mop. The finished concrete and all the work that was done is very professional. We cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Our basement perimeter drain installation was completed a week ago. We were very impressed with the work ethic of the crew and the neatness of the job site. Jackhammering a concrete floor is by nature dusty work but the crew worked hard to keep doors closed and upstairs flooring protected.
The crew showed up on time every morning and the job was finished within the week as planned.
Even though the work was hard and the lifting heavy the guys were friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend Daniel’s for basement waterproofing.

Our home was built in 1920s and was often wet and even flooded in the spring . Daniels replaced footer tiles from inside our basement, placed a sump pump…and no more wet floor! It has been over 10 years now and no issues to date. Our only investment since then was routine replacement of our sump pump a year or so back. Still have an ongoing warranty for a nominal yearly fee…just need to remember when it is due each year because you don't get a reminder. Had no issues with customer service…would use the company again if additional work required.
