Installation Process
 

A blend of natural stone with a specially formulated epoxy, creates an especially beautiful floor covering. The look is brilliant, with the epoxy adding an iridescent finish to naturally beautiful river stone, quartz or marble.

Professionally installed, Natural Stone won’t pop up, crack, peel or break down from flooding, the heat of tires on the garage floor, etc., unlike sealed systems, tiles, painting, or carpeting. 
 

Installation Steps:

Careful Examination of the area and an individual plan for your installation.

Precise preparation of the surface - grinding, pressure washing, degreasing or shot blasting so the Natural Stone will bond properly.

Mixing the stone and epoxy, using no solvents the might weaken the epoxy. We use only the best stone and a specially formulated full strength epoxy. 

Custom hand troweling of the Natural Stone mixture. Our professional installers will adjust the thickness to correct any uneven areas and finish your new floor so it is smooth sparkles brightly. In typical circumstances the new floor is installed between 1/2” and 3/4” for maximum strength.

Adding a protective topcoat. When the epoxy is dry, a high quality, protective topcoat is added to guarantee a long lasting and high gloss, quality floor.

We thoroughly clean the area. When we’re finished, we make sure the entire area is clean so you won’t have to.

Most of the job can be done in ONE day, weather permitting. We will return the next day to apply the top coat.
